Solid preview of the Kent State game as well as the Florida at Miami game later tonight. Ready to get through this 2nd scrimmage-like matchup and on to conference play that begins this coming Friday.

Correct. My bad - hah! Definitely need to be specific when discussing the two Miami programs that are often times confused for one another.

Looking forward to hearing your observations of yesterday's win over Kent State and presumably some takes on the Miami (FL) win over the Gators as well. I did not think the Noles looked as crisp and buttoned up as they did in the first two games. Offense made plays of course in both phases but maybe not quite as well-executed as the first two outings. But I may feel differently after the re-watch. Defense was fine but not quite as violent as I was anticipating. I do like the Kent State starting tailback and he found a handful of creases in maybe a less-than-motivated front seven on some cutbacks. Something to work on. Micahi Danzy has changed my outlook on this offense's possible ceiling. Robinson, White, and Danzy on the field at the same time will likely force unique looks from the opposing defenses.

On to Miami (FL) - their physicality will travel. Still lacking true scoreboard-changers on offense if you ask me but still good enough to win every game they play. Florida offense is a disaster but their defense is hard not to like.
